Who doesn’t like winning prizes?

At Bantam, there are plenty of opportunities to do just that. Thousands of amazing prizes are given away each year by Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival sponsors and vendors, so you don’t want to miss this opportunity. See the schedule on Page 7:

Do you have a child’s ride-on Jeep laying around? Join the Bantam Barbee Jeep race where you can combine childhood and daredevil instincts as you race other competitors down a slalom-style obstacle course. Cash prizes of $200, $150 and $75 will be awarded to the top three finishers. A losers bracket race will also be held, where the finisher will receive a $50 cash prize. Costumes are encouraged, as the person wearing the best get-up will receive a $25 cash prize.

Everyone can play Bantam Bingo. All festival participants and attendees will receive a special Bantam Bingo playing card. Players can take this card to 30 participating vendors who will stamp the card. Once filled, the card can be turned in and three winners will be randomly drawn on Sunday. Winners will receive $250, $150 and $100.

Are you the ultimate Jeeper? Then prove it. The Ultimate Jeeper Contest gives attendees the opportunity to show their passion for the Jeep. Winners of the contest will receive the Ultimate Jeeper Prize Package, valued at nearly $7,000. This event is sponsored by Rugged Ridge, Dana Spicer, BFGoodrich, Rock Krawler and Artec Industries.

Thousands of prizes are available to win at the raffle tent. In 2019, more than $10,000 in prizes were given away at the tent alone. You will definitely want to stop to see what you could win. Additionally, individual vendors and sponsors will be giving away prizes of their own, so stop by their booths to see what you could win.

Who likes a good 50/50 raffle? Bantam will hold a 50/50 raffle each day of the festival and also at the Jeep Invasion.

Below are prizes you can win by participating in festival activities with your Jeep:

- Calling all trophy hunters: The Best of Bantam show gives participants the opportunity to have prized Jeeps put on display in competition. Composed of 17 classes, trophies will be given away to the best vehicles in each class based upon the decision of Bantam’s expert judges. A trophy will also be given out to one fan vote winner and the best Military Encampment Jeep.

- The Bantam Poker Run, sponsored by the Butler County Tourism and Convention Bureau and Sheetz, features several unique stopping locations around the region. After participants receive stamps from every stop, they will return to the festival grounds where they will be dealt their hand. A prize will be awarded for the best and worst hands as well as a random winner drawn out of a hat.

- Do you have a cool lighting set up on your Jeep? The Bantam Festival of Lights competition gives participants the opportunity to have their aftermarket lighting displays judged by some of the vendors at the festival. Trophies will be awarded to the Jeep with the best use of light as well as the most colorful Jeep. This event is sponsored by Quake LED.

- The Jeep Team Challenge sponsored by Amsoil gives a driver and their passenger(s) the chance to test their teamwork skills as they compete in a specially designed course. Ingenuity, trust and humor are all needed to conquer the challenge. Plaques will be given away to the top five teams.

- If you like scavenger hunts, then the Mystery Road Rally sponsored by American Hospitality Group and VisitMercerCountyPA.com is for you. Participants will use directions and answer questions as they trek the roads around Cooper’s Lake Campground. Don’t forget to take in the scenery. The top three participants with the most points will earn plaques. Each participant will also be placed in a drawing for a prize package valued at $350, which includes a two-night stay in a king studio suite at Hampton Inn and Suites for Bantam 2021 and a $50 restaurant gift card.

Bantam hopes you take plenty of photos of you and your Jeep during the festival, but did you know you could win a prize just for taking a selfie of your Jeep? Throughout the festival grounds, there are several selfie spots where you could do just that. Post them to social media and follow the directions, because one random winner will receive a $125 prize package.
