David A. Dietrich
David A. Dietrich, 83, of Mars passed away on Wednesday evening, May 19, 2021, in the comfort of his home with his family at his side.
Born May 12, 1938, in Fayette, Ohio, he was the son of the late Emory and Dolly Katsmeyer Dietrich.
Dave served in the U.S. Coast Guard during peacetime.He was a technical supervisor for Eastman Kodak in Pittsburgh.A member of the Mars U.P. Church, he also was a member and past president of the Mars Rod and Gun Club. He was a social member of the Mars VFW, and was a member and past president of the Jaycees in Michigan. He also was a member of the Penn Glade Lions Club.Surviving are his wife, Donna V. Collier Dietrich, whom he married on Sept. 16, 1957; three sons, Ken Dietrich of Mars, Dan Dietrich of Butler, and Mark Dietrich of Mars; his grandchildren, Lauren, Dillon, Casey, Jamie, Eugene and Shannon; his great-grandchildren, Robert, Hayden, Rylee, Tanner, Ellie, Coltan, Aryahna and Taigen; and a brother, Donald Dietrich of Tennessee.He was preceded in death by a brother, Eugene Dietrich.DIETRICH — Friends of David A.
