Carl William St Clair
Carl William St Clair, 86, of Butler, peacefully passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2021, with his family by his side.
Born Sept. 11, 1934, in Portersville, he was the son of the late Edward and Mary Allen St Clair.
He was a truck driver, worked at the former Halstead-Mitchell Industries, drove cars for the Auto Auction and then retired as a custodian for the Seneca Valley School District.
He was a U.S. Army veteran.Carl was a member of the White Oak Springs Church, where he was a former trustee. He was a lifetime member of the Connoquenessing Volunteer Fire Co.He enjoyed tinkering, and camping with his wife.He is survived by his loving wife, Marie Gilliland St Clair, whom he married Oct. 20, 1956; his children, Kathi (Bill) Monpere of Evans City, William (Valjean) St Clair of DeLand, Fla., Rodney (Gretchen) St Clair of Butler, and Randy (Tracy) St Clair of Evans City; his five grandchildren, Nichole (Mike), Billy (Rachel), Scarlett (Ryan), Matthew (Whitney), and Connor; three great-granddaughters; one great-grandson; his poodle, “Pepper”; and his siblings, Zelma St Clair Musser of New Castle and Eddie St Clair of Volant.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.ST CLAIR — Visitation for Carl William St Clair, who died Sunday, June 6, 2021, will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. at Raisley Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 387 Main St., Prospect.
