Scott Roskovski behind bars in Md.
One of the Roskovskis is officially behind bars.
According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Scott Roskovski has been incarcerated at FCI Cumberland, a federal prison in Cumberland, Md.
Scott and Stephanie Roskovski were both sentenced to federal prison in June for defrauding Butler Health System of up to $1.3 million.
Scott, a former county detective, was sentenced to 30 months in total. According to his inmate record, his release date is scheduled for Sept. 5, 2023.
Stephanie, former chief operating officer at BHS, received 51 months in total.
According to her inmate record, she has yet to turn herself in. According to unofficial information received by the Butler Eagle, she is expected to turn herself over to a federal prison in August.
The Center Township couple pleaded guilty May 28, 2020, to various federal charges related to defrauding BHS during Stephanie's employment there as chief operations officer.
As part of a plea deal with prosecutors, the couple will be allowed to keep their home and their business, Switchback MX.
