Patricia Ross

Patricia A. Ross, 87, of Allegheny Township, passed away on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, while in the company of family, at Allegheny Valley Hospital in Natrona Heights.

Pat was born in the Laneville section of Freeport on July 25, 1933, a daughter of the late Annie (McCracken) Erb and Richard Erb. She was the widow of Eugene A. Ross who passed in 2007.

Pat was a member of the Allegheny Presbyterian Church and The Alley Oops Kitchen Band. She and her husband had enjoyed traveling, seeing 46 states. She enjoyed trips to the casino and watching her favorite old TV shows.

Patricia is survived by four children, Sandra K Sterger, of Pueblo, Colo., Paul E. (Sandra) Ross, of Buffalo Township, Patti J. (Bruce) Vasey, of Butler Township, Shawn E. (Teresa) Ross, of Allegheny Township and a close family friend, Kim (Bruce) Sproull, of Allegheny Township.

Pat is also survived by her grandchildren, Ronald Normandin, Kandee (Jason) Khodl, Sally Normandin, Kristen Ross, Natalie (Zachary) Pollino, Zachary (Kelsey) Vasey, Olivia (Ben) Cumba, Dalton Ross, Mason Ross and 10 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Pat is preceded by her three sisters, Mary Lou Cooper, Clara Belle Walters, Florence Erb; and her brother, Richard Cooper.

Ross — Family and friends of Patricia A. Ross, who died Tuesday, July 6, 2021, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the Redmond Funeral Home, 524 High St., Freeport.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Edward Gray, formerly of Allegheny Presbyterian Church, currently of First Presbyterian Church of Murrysville, officiating.

A private family burial will be held in Freeport Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Allegheny Presbyterian Church, 1900 Route 356 Leechburg, PA 15656.
