UPDATE: As of 4:15 p.m., power has been restored at the Butler Eagle office.

Thunderstorms came through Butler this afternoon, leaving flooding and at least a few power outages throughout the city.

As of 2:15 p.m., West Penn Street was closed due to flooding. A car was reportedly stuck in the water earlier this afternoon.

According to West Penn Power, power is estimated to be restored by 5 p.m.
