The body of a 3-year-old missing boy was found Saturday in Armstrong County.

Dwight Dinsmore, of Yatesboro, was found around 2:40 p.m. in the Allegheny River, one mile south of Lock 6 in Bethel Township, Armstrong County, according to Armstrong County Coroner Brian K. Myers.

Myers' report did not list a cause of death.

“The death is being ruled an accident,” said Myers in a news release.

According to a state police news release, Dwight went missing Friday from a camping area along the river in the same township he was found. The search for Dwight began around 3:15 p.m.
