A Lyndora man is in jail after allegedly firing off rounds from inside his home.
Butler Township Police arrested Breven S. Smith, 33, at his Division Street home Monday night, after he allegedly shot a rifle multiple times inside his home.
Court documents filed Tuesday did not note any injury to Smith or others involved in the alleged spray of gunfire Monday night.
Police charged Smith Tuesday with misdemeanors of reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and inappropriate use of a gun.
Smith was arraigned Wednesday morning by District Judge Kevin O'Donnell, who denied the man bond and placed him in Butler County Prison.
According to a note on court documents, O'Donnell denied bail for Smith's own safety and the safety of the community.
