Jason Russman

Jason Eric Russman, 44, of Saxonburg passed away Saturday, July 17, 2021.

Born Oct. 9, 1976, in Allegheny County, he was the son of Charlotte Russman Bertan.

He worked as a shop manager/field technician for Sub-Technical Inc. Jason enjoyed all sports, hunting, playing darts and playing cornhole with his buddies. He loved spending time with his friends and family.

Jason was the beloved son of Charlotte (William) Bertan of Bethel Park and Michael Shields of Punxsutawney. He is also survived by his girlfriend of 15 years, Debbie Doutt (Erikah & Damon Doutt) of Cabot. He was the beloved brother of Brandy Shields of Munhall and Michael (Jennifer) Shields of Pleasant Hills. He was the cherished uncle of Conor and Cole Shields and the godfather of Brooklyn Andrews. He also had many loving friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents and aunts and uncles.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
