Chase Zmijowski

Chase Zmijowski passed away at the age of 37 on April 7, 2021.

He is survived by a son, Layne Zmijowski; his father and stepmother, Marc and Shelly Zmijowski; his mother, Ruth Alexandria Munzek (Temple); his brothers, Eric and Nathan Zmijowski, and RJ Horne; his grandmother, Victoria Jean Temple; his uncles and aunts; and his nieces, nephews and cousins.

Chase was preceded in death by his stepbrother, Joshuah Cavins; his uncles, Tim and Bruce Zmijowski; and his grandparents.

Chase was a “want-to-be” comedian, and loved to make his friends and family laugh. He has been and will be dearly missed.

ZMIJOWSKI — The family of Chase Zmijowski, who died Wednesday, April 7, 2021, will hold a public memorial from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Chapel at Butler County Memorial Park, 380 Evans City Road, Butler, followed by committal.

Arrangements are under the direction of Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.

Memorial donations for Chase can be made to Marc and Shelly Zmijowski, 699 N FM 1194, Lufkin, Texas 75901, to help defray funeral costs.
