$59,062.01 to Youngblood Paving Inc. as part of the Superpave Street Resurfacing 2021 program to pave Freshcorn Road

$13,700 to Midland Asphalt Materials Inc. as part of the Seal Coating 2021 program to crack-seal two additional roads

Paid $477,464.46 to Youngblood Paving Inc. as part of the Superpave Street Resurfacing 2021 program

Granted the following sanitary sewer line easements:

For 26 Holiday Drive and 28 Holiday Drive as part of the Harvest Drive Sanitary Sewer Extension Project

For 9043 Marshall Road as part of the Diesel Edge Development

Accepted a proposal from HRG to update the Water System Master Plan for $34,000
