Zeva M. Lucas

Zeva M. Lucas, 95, of Grove City, went to her heavenly home on Aug. 12, 2021, following a brief illness.

Born Aug. 12, 1926, in Fairview, Zeva was the daughter of the late Russell and Mae Delilah Cranmer.

On Aug. 14, 1942, Zeva married Arthur Lucas, who passed away in 1995.

Zeva was an artist. She enjoyed painting, crocheting, playing Betsy Ross on the Fourth of July, listening to records, and traveling with her husband.

Loved ones left to cherish Zeva's memory are a daughter, Deborah Ihlenfeld and her husband, Richard, of Butler; a son, Richard Lucas and his wife, Bonnie, of Polk; four grandchildren; eight great- grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

In addition to her husband and parents, Zeva was preceded in death by a brother, Russell Cranmer Jr.; and two sisters, Bonita Cranmer and Freida Cranmer.

LUCAS — The family of Zeva M. Lucas, who died Thursday, Aug. 12, 2021, will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Monday at Jamison-McKinley Funeral Home, 117 N. Main St., Harrisville.

Zeva's funeral will take place at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Leigh Benish of Hill United Presbyterian Church in Butler officiating.

Interment will follow at the Rosewood Cemetery in Ridgeville.
