Cindy Milliken

Cindy Kay (Ulisky) Milliken, 63, of Worthington, passed away on Monday, Aug. 16, 2021, at her home.

She was born Jan. 3, 1958, in Butler, and was the daughter of the late Paul D. and Janet L. Ulisky. She was a lifelong resident of the community.

She was a homemaker, who cherished time spent with her family. “Mimi” cherished time spent talking with friends and family at the table or around a campfire. She especially adored watching all of her grandchildren run around the yard playing, seeing them play sports and watching them grow up.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her sons, Aaron Milliken of Walkchalk and Devin Milliken of Worthington; her stepdaughter, Dawn (Bobby) Sloan of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Dakota (Dylan) Jurick of Irwin, Johnathan Snyder of North Carolina, Rylee Snyder of Eau Claire, Dawson Sloan of North Carolina, Shayne Milliken of Chicora, Taylor Milliken of Tarentum, and Adilynn Milliken of Worthington; her great-granddaughter, Remi Hilliard of Eau Claire; her brothers, Ronald Ulisky of Worthington, and Donald (Sandra) Ulisky of Palm Springs, Calif.; her sister-in-law, Corenna Johns of Adrian; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Milliken.

MILLIKEN — Per her wishes, no services will be held for Cindy Kay (Ulisky) Milliken, who died Monday, Aug. 16, 2021.

Arrangements are under the care of F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home in Worthington.
