Vogel 66th anniversary
Edward L. and Margaret J. Vogel of Mars recently celebrated 66 years of marriage.
Vogel married the former Margaret Davis on Oct. 14, 1955, at Mt. Nebo Presbyterian Church in Sewickley.
They have four children, Edward R. Vogel of Mars, Douglas L. Vogel of Mars, Colette Vogel Andres of Renfrew and Claudine Vogel Grochalski of Evans City.
They also have 11 grandchildren.
Vogel is the president/owner of Vogel Disposal Service.
He is a member of Rich-Mar Rotary, John E. Mair Lodge No. 729 of Mars and the National Waste Haulers Association.
He is an Adams Township supervisor.
Mrs. Vogel is the secretary/treasurer of Vogel Disposal Service.
She is a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Mars and the National Solid Waste Womens Association.
The Vogels are members of Hope Lutheran Church.
