Dale C. Marburger

Dale C. Marburger, 59, of Zelienople, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021, with his family by his side.

He was born on Sept. 13, 1961, in Butler. He was the son of the late Raymond A. Marburger Sr. and Teresa J. Marburger (Devereaux).

Dale was a retired truck driver. He had also been the groundskeeper for Montgomery County Agricultural Center in Gaithersburg, Md., for several years.

Dale enjoyed traveling, hunting and fishing. He loved working with his hands, especially doing anything outside. He enjoyed the challenge of making things with scraps of wood. He loved to draw.

Dale is survived by his daughter, Autumn Wonderling of Phoenix, Ariz.; and his stepson, Jacob Dickey of Kittanning.

He is also survived by a brother, Gerry Marburger (Donna) of Saxonburg; and three sisters, Karen Sharrar (Jack) of Harmony, Lisa Marburger of Zelienople and Chris Vincent (Shawn) of Leeper, Pa.

Other survivors include three stepgrandsons and numerous nieces and nephews.

Dale was preceded in death by his father, Raymond A. Marburger Sr., who died in 2020, and a brother, Raymond A. Marburger Jr., who died in 2018.

MARBURGER — A graveside service for Dale C. Marburger, who died Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021, is planned for 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Gregory’s Cemetery, Oliver Avenue, Zelienople.

Arrangements were handled by SAMARITAN AFFORDABLE FUNERALS AND CREMATIONS, Terre Haute, Ind.
