Catherine M. Trevelline

Catherine M. Trevelline, 86, formerly of North Sewickley Township, passed away Friday, Oct. 15, 2021, at the Heritage Valley Medical Center.

Catherine was born on Aug. 22, 1935, in Boyers, and was the daughter to the late Ralph and Edith (Vitale) Leone.

She graduated from Grove City High School with the Class of 1953. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Church and the Holy Redeemer Christian Mothers. Catherine enjoyed fishing, gardening and spending time with her friends in Florida, but her greatest interests were her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Patrick (Kelly) Trevelline of Chippewa Township, Rich (Michelle) Trevelline of Chippewa Township and Tina (Darren) Zeits of Conneaut Lake; her grandchildren, Leanne Trevelline, Lindsey Snyder, Lauren (Matthew) Stepanian, Ashley Trevelline, Victoria (Samantha) Zeits, Tiffany Zeits, Darren Zeits, Kate Trevelline and Brad Coleman; her great-grandchild, Dylan Paige Stepanian; her sister, Dora Bonetti of Grove City; and her brothers, James Leone of Slippery Rock and Edward Leone of Boyers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Victor Trevelline, whom she married on Sept. 26, 1959, and who passed away Aug. 24, 1992; her sisters, Mary Dorsey and one in infancy, Emma; her brother, Benjamin Leone; her sisters-in-law, Clara and Paula Leone; and her brothers-in-law, Furrie Bonetti and Pat Dorsey.

Trevelline — A public visitation for Catherine M. Trevelline, who died Friday, Oct. 15, 2021, will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory.

A Mass of Christian burial will be at the Holy Redeemer Church at 10 a.m. Wednesday with Father Bill Schwartz, officiating.

Interment will follow at the Holy Redeemer Mausoleum.
