Bruce McKinney, 70, of Cowansville, formerly of Mars, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2021, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born Nov. 19, 1950, in Pittsburgh, and was the son of the late Gus and Naomi McKinney.

Bruce worked as a truck driver for over 50 years.

He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, animals and, most of all, spending time with his grandchildren.

Bruce was known for his hardworking personality. He was a member of the Masons and Shriners.

Bruce was the beloved husband of Peggy (Morrow) McKinney; father of Todd (Farrah) McKinney and Troy (Adrienne) McKinney; brother of Donna Flowers and Joe (Bunny) McKinney; and the grandfather of Sierra, Aiden and Alaina.

He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Bruce was preceded in death by his brother, Bud McKinney.

MCKINNEY — Services will be held privately for Bruce McKinney, who died Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2021.
