Wayne Cunningham

Wayne W. Cunningham, 79, of Clinton Township, passed away on Oct. 22, 2021, at the Orchards of Saxonburg.

Born Oct. 4, 1942, in Natrona Heights, he was the son of the late Robert Cunningham and Minnie Martha Morris Cunningham.

He worked as a locomotive crane operator for Allegheny Ludlum, retiring after 35 years. He was a member of Shriners Caravan 14 of Butler, and Masonic Lodge of North Hills.

Wayne loved being outside on his tractor. He loved spending time with his grandsons, who were his pride and joy.

Surviving are his loving wife, Janet Double Cunningham, whom he married Jan. 16, 1965; his daughter, Amy (Rob) Fink of Saxonburg; his grandsons, Ethan Fink and Evan Fink of Saxonburg; and his brother, Gary W. McCall of Valencia.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Jamie Cunningham; and sister, Betty Applegarth.

CUNNINGHAM — Friends of Wayne W. Cunningham, who died Friday, Oct. 22, 2021, will be received from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 24, 2021, at Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with Dennis Mittica officiating.

Memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
