SENTENCES SENTENCES

The following people were sentenced Tuesday by Butler County Common Pleas Judge Timothy F. McCune:

Colin William Gwin, 21, of Gibsonia, was admitted into the accelerated rehabilitative disposition (ARD) program for 24 months. He was charged by state police with felony counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and two summary traffic violations following a May 15, 2020, incident. The charges could be dismissed if he completes the program.

Michael J. Russell, 53, of Butler, was admitted into the ARD program for 12 months. He was charged by Penn Township police with recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and harassment following a Jan. 24, 2021, incident. The terroristic threats charge was withdrawn.

Kristi Nicole Cross, 30, of Chicora, was sentenced to six months of probation, including seven days of house arrest, a $500 fine, 40 hours of community service and completion of alcohol highway safety school, a victim impact panel and litter pick-up after pleading guilty to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol filed by state police following a Nov. 21, 2020 incident in Brady Township.

Amanda Leigh Taylor, 28, of Zelienople, was sentenced to pay a $100 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of harassment filed by Jackson Township police following a Feb. 6, 2021, incident.

Ebony McWright, 38, of New Kensington, was given no further penalty after pleading guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Cranberry Township police following a Feb. 28, 2021 incident.

Daniel Lee Gerard, 37, of Butler was given no further penalty after pleading guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Butler City police following a June 29, 2020, incident.
