Robert A. Frederick

Robert A. Frederick, 73, of Butler, passed away Friday Oct. 29, 2021, at his residence.

Born in Butler on Feb. 14, 1948, he was the son of the late Aaron and Helen Frederick.

Bob spent his professional career in law enforcement. He was employed in various capacities through the years with the Butler City Police Department; the Orange County, Calif., Sheriff's Department; the Butler County Sheriff's Office; and Trinity Industries Security. He retired in 2013 as a Butler County adult probation officer.

He was a member of Argyle Lodge 540, F&AM, of Chicora. He also previously served as past master of the William H. Miller Lodge 769, Butler.

He is survived by his wife, Katherine L. Graham Frederick, whom he married June 20, 2008, and her children and grandchildren; two brothers-in-law and their wives and their families; and many dear friends.

Frederick — Visitation and funeral services were private for Robert A. Frederick, who died Friday, Oct. 29, 2021.

Burial took place in Calvary Cemetery.
