I am writing to publicly thank Dr. Thomas Muzzonigro, his entire staff and all the frontline warriors of the Butler Hospital. Especially the 6th floor Orthopedic Center and employees, who provided me with competent care during my recent knee-replacement surgery.

The employees couldn’t have been nicer. From the pleasant lady that my wife and I met at the towers entrance at 6:30 a.m. on Nov. 4, all the way to “Helpful Tom” who escorted us out on Saturday afternoon, Nov. 6. And, of course, every person (and there were many) who came in and out of room 6214 to check that everything was going as scheduled.

I gave the dates and locations so that I don’t miss thanking anyone. You all know who you are, and I want you to know how much my wife and I appreciated the excellent care you provide each day.
