Sharron Lutz

Sharron Arlene Lutz, 75, of Harmony, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2021, while under the care of UPMC Passavant Hospital.

Born Sept. 29, 1946, in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Anna Butia.

Sharron was a 1964 graduate of Zelienople High School, and a member of the National Honor Society.

She enjoyed listening to doo-wop music, and loved tending to her flowers and her garden. Above all, Sharron treasured the time she spent with her family.

She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her sons, Don (Vicki) Lutz of Beaver Falls and Devin (Melissa) Lutz of Florida; her daughters, Jodi Coennen (Mark Frank) of Virginia, Nicole (Brandon) Magerl of Harmony and Kerry Lutz of Harmony; her grandchildren, Kaitie Lutz, Chance Lutz, Christian Magerl, Noah Coennen, Izriel Matthew Lutz, Mase Lutz, Hannah Magerl and Emilie Frank; her brother, Terry (Jackie) Butia of Evans City; her sisters, Marge (Larry) Feevey of Slippery Rock and Sandy Malone of Harmony; her sisters-in-law, Norma Butia of Evans City and Dawna “Mitzi” Rice of Zelienople; her brother-in-law, Bob Guillard of Prospect; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Sharron was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Edward Lutz Sr., who passed away in 2017; her brothers, Don and Darrel Butia; and her sisters, Patricia Rice, Doris Guillard and Betty Lou Butia.

LUTZ — Friends of Sharron Arlene Lutz, who died Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2021, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.

A funeral ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Peggy Suhr-Barkley officiating.

Sharron will be laid to rest at Grace Church Cemetery in Harmony.
