Thank you, RV, for the wonderfully positive article you wrote about the movie “It’s a Wonderful Life.”

I used to teach a high school class on careers with a book that had a chapter on “Avoiding Roadblocks and Detours.”

As luck would have it, we would reach that chapter in December. I would show the students the movie because George Bailey was the perfect example of a person facing roadblocks and detours in his life.

As you mentioned, the movie is a wonderful backdrop for what we can all do in the world if we just give it a chance.

As Clarence would say, “Each man’s life touches so many other lives.”
