Robin McCartney
Robin L. “Rob” McCartney, 51, of Chicora, passed away unexpectedly Sunday morning, Dec. 5, 2021, at the Mechling-Shakley Veterans Center in Cowansville.
Rob was born in Beaver on May 21, 1970. He was the son of Evelyn U. Gallagher Mosier of Butler, and the late George H. McCartney.
He was a graduate of Karns City High School and had obtained an associate degree in accounting.Rob was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in the 82nd Airborne in Desert Storm.In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Ethan McCartney of West Sunbury, and Ethan's mother, Jennifer McCartney; three brothers, George H. McCartney III and his wife, Becky, of Portersville, Russell J. McCartney and his wife, Tammy, of Chicora, and Brian W.
