Elizabeth McComb

Elizabeth Mae McComb, 78, of Cranberry Township, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2021, while under the care of UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Township.

Born Aug. 5, 1943, in Mars, she was the daughter of the late Frank Bosancic and Ruth Majors Bosancic.

Elizabeth was an avid gardener and loved flowers and nature. She was a devoted wife to her husband, and cherished her children, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her memory is cherished and she will be dearly missed.

Elizabeth leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 35 years, William David McComb, whom she married on Sept. 6, 1986; her daughter, Kim (Donald) Pletz; her stepdaughters, Valerie (Vince) Bosso, Noreen (Mark) Karwolski and Janine (Bob) Zink; her nephews, Frank Shane Bosancic and Ethan (Sarah) Landis; her 11 grandchildren; and her nine great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by her sister, Francis Landis.

MCCOMB — Friends of Elizabeth Mae McComb, who died Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2021, will be received from noon until the time of the service at 3 p.m. Saturday at Boylan-Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township, with Pastor Reid Moon officiating.
