Two transported after Herman Road crash
Two people were transported for injuries following a vehicle crash on Herman Road near Summit Academy this morning.
State police said they are trying to determine how the accident occurred, but both vehicles were totaled. It occurred shortly after 9 a.m., and Herman Road was blocked in both directions.
The driver of a Jeep SUV was transported to Butler Memorial Hospital for a laceration to the face. The passenger of that vehicle was a minor and had no injuries.
The driver of the second vehicle was transported to Butler Memorial Hospital for minor injuries.
East Butler Volunteer Fire Company Ambulance, Butler Ambulance Service, Herman Volunteer Fire Company and state police responded to the call.
