Ronald L. Mullen
Ronald L. Mullen, 79, of Chicora, died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2021, at Chicora Medical Center.
He was born Friday, May 29, 1942, in West Homestead, Pittsburgh, Pa., the son of Kenneth B. and Margaret A. (Lewis) Mullen.
He married Wilma Ann May George on Saturday, May 29, 1965. She died April 23, 2018.He was a machinist, having worked for U.S. Steel in Pittsburgh, until the plant closed. He later retired from Heckett Engineering in Butler.He was a member of the Chicora Senior Center, where he spent many enjoyable hours with friends.He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served in Vietnam from 1965 to 1967.Surviving are a son, Ronald J. (Julie) Mullen of Hendersonville, N.C.; two daughters, Jennifer (Glenn) Telford of Warrenton, Va., and Jacqueline (William) Kyle of Darlington, Pa.; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Arleen K. and Joseph Lusnak of Homestead, Pa., and Mary Lou Walker of Somerset, Pa.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife; a brother; and a brother-in-law.MULLEN — Private arrangements for Ronald L.
