3 new tenants to move in the Streets of Cranberry
CRANBERRY TWP — The Streets of Cranberry along Route 19 will undergo major renovations as the open-air shopping center plans to welcome three new tenants, all set to open in 2022.
The shopping center’s new tenants include two restaurants — Clean Eatz and Condado Tacos — as well as Big Blue Swim, a national swim school chain focused on children.
Clean Eatz describes itself as taking a “lifestyle approach” to eating healthy, with a menu offering five fresh entrees, a breakfast and pizza each week. In addition to the entrees, diners can also add healthy snacks, plus create their own bowls, salads, wraps, flatbreads, burgers, pizzas made with cauliflower crusts and smoothies.
The new restaurant, which will be one of five locations in the Pittsburgh area, will open Feb. 14, and will be located between Firehouse Subs and the UPS Store on the north side of the shopping center near American Way.
Also in dining establishments, the streets will welcome Condado Tacos. The Streets of Cranberry described the Mexican-inspired restaurant as having a “famed tacos, tequila and margaritas concept.”
In the Pittsburgh region, this will be Condado’s fourth location. It has more than 20 eateries in the Midwest. Condado will be located next to Rally House, on the northeast side of the shopping center.
Big Blue Swim School’s entry to the Streets of Cranberry will require major renovations, according to M&J Wilkow, the site’s property manager, as it will take over three storefronts next to Chico’s. Yankee Candle, in one of those three storefronts, will move between Mathew Jewelers and Cabinet World.
Big Blue offers swimming lessons to babies and children “from 3 months to 6 years and up.” M&J Wilkow did not announce an opening date, saying information on the school’s opening and swim schedules will be available in the coming months.
“Along with these three developments, we’re in conversations with a few retailers that will help highlight our patio renovation from 2021,” said Marty Sweenery, M&J Wilkow senior vice president. “These investments have been necessary steps in creating a sustainable shopping center that serves the whole region.”
