Investigators released new information as they filed charges against a New Castle man who allegedly fired a gun last month at The Grove in Slippery Rock.

Donald B. Siddall, 21, was arraigned by District Judge Joseph Nash around 9 a.m. Wednesday on charges including reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. Police said Siddall was the person responsible for the shots fired in the apartment complex the night of Jan. 28.

“The investigation determined that Siddall discharged a Glock handgun toward a wooded area from within the apartment grounds,” said state police in a news release Wednesday.

Following the arraignment, Siddall was released on $15,000 unsecured bond.
