Police said Easley made no attempt to stop and continued driving.

Feb. 4 — Chad A. Anderson, 28, of Sligo, was charged with theft, related to a stolen well pump from a home on the 500 block of Parker Pike in Allegheny Township.

Police said Anderson told officers one of his employees took the pump from the job site, despite being told to leave it.
Feb. 3 — Timothy J. Lavery, 19, of Butler, was charged with DUI, stemming from a Jan. 6 traffic stop in the Clearview Mall parking lot.
Police said they stopped the vehicle after watching it do donuts and “slaloming” grocery carts in the parking lot. Police said they smelled marijuana in the vehicle. Police said they only conducted one sobriety test, which showed Lavery was impaired, because of blowing snow and freezing temperatures.
Police said a later drug evaluation showed further signs of impairment. Police said Lavery declined to have his blood tested, but said he may have Xanax in his system.
Feb. 3 — Timothy J. Hindman, 62, of Boyers, was charged with misdemeanor theft and strangulation, related to an incident Dec. 31 on the 300 block of Eau Claire Road in Venango Township.

Police said a later breath test showed Hayden’s blood-alcohol content at .147%, and in Pennsylvania a level of .08% or greater is considered intoxicated.
