County commissioners took the following official actions Wednesday:
Approved a three-year renewal with Westlaw/West Proflex for legal research in the Register of Wills/Clerk of Orphans’ Court in the amount of $181.20 per month for the first year, $190.26 per month for the second year and $199.77 per month for the third year.
Approved a master service agreement with Lexipol for law enforcement courses for the Sheriff’s Office, to run through 2023 at a total cost of $7,903.87.
Approved a four-year agreement with Plate Capture Solutions in the amount of $18,000 for a subscription service related to traffic light-mounted license plate cameras.
Agreed to a five-year software maintenance agreement with Priority Dispatch Corp. in the amount of $28,800 per year for fire, police and EMS dispatch protocols required by the state.
Approved a contract with Woods Services for mental health residential services at $534 per day and vocational services at $184.75 per day.
Approved drug & alcohol treatment contracts with Firetree LTD and Resolutions Recovery LLC.
Agreed to amendments to contracts with nine drug & alcohol treatment companies to incorporate revised medical marijuana prohibition language.
Approved an amendment with The Children’s Institute designating new rates for services.
Approved a contract between New Outlook Academy and Butler County Children & Youth/Juvenile Probation for residential, inpatient drug & alcohol, shelter care and specialized setting treatments.
Agreed to a 4% rate increase with Alliance for Nonprofit Resources for home meal delivery services, raising half-day rates to $120.64 and full-day rates to $241.28.
Appointed David J. King of the firm Nicklas King McConahy to conduct appraisals on the county’s behalf for 2021/22 property assessment appeals.
Approved a client services agreement with Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services to provide insurance brokerage risk management services at a $20,000 annual fee.
