CLEARFIELD TWP — At least one person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash on Route 422 this morning.

A woman was conscious as she was loaded into an ambulance and driven away from the scene of the accident. The crash occurred around 11:15 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Route 422 and South Clearfield Road. The tractor trailer and a sedan involved both have heavy front end damage.

Traffic is restricted to one lane as crews clear the scene of vehicles and debris.
