The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

March 29 — Michael A. Guerriero, 44, of Butler, was charged with felony retail theft after police said he broke into a locked merchandise cabinet in Walmart and left the store with items valued at $243.

March 31 — Joshua D. Green, 43, of Gibsonia, was charged with two misdemeanors of driving under the influence after police said he showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests conducted at Butler Commons. Traces of marijuana were found in Green’s blood following tests, police said.

March 30 — Steven A. Dorenkamp, 60, of Chicora, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said he showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests conducted at Carbon Center Road in Summit Township. Police said following later tests, Dorenkamp’s blood-alcohol content level was 0.110%. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.

March 30 — Bryant S. Butler, 27, of Cabot, was charged with felony selling/transferring a firearm with a false written statement after police said he falsified medical information when attempting to purchase a firearm from Sportsman Supply in Summit Township.

March 29 — Lucas R. Adams, 25, of Fenelton, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said he showed signs of impairment following field sobriety tests conducted on South Clearfield Road. Following a blood test, Adams’ blood-alcohol content level was 0.102%, according to police. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.

March 29 — Devon T. Cahall, 38, of Harmony, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs and several summary traffic violations after police said he showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests conducted at Pleasant Valley Road in Muddy Creek Township. A breath test showed Cahall’s blood-alcohol content level to be 0.153%, according to police. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.

March 29 — David S. Cromika, 44, of Portersville, was charged with a felony DUI after police said he showed signs of impairment during a traffic stop on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township.

March 29 — Tony R. Koegler, 27, of Karns City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, and multiple summary offenses after police said he showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests in Bruin borough. Police said traces of meth were found in Koegler’s blood following later tests, and a glass smoking pipe was found in his vehicle.

March 28 — Jason L. Priester II, 19, of Shippenville, was charged with three DUIs of a controlled substance and multiple summary offenses, including driving without a license, after police said he crashed his vehicle into a tree on Oneida Valley Road. A later blood test showed Priester had traces of meth and marijuana in his system, according to police.

March 28 — Linda M. Moskola, 56, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs and multiple summary offenses after police said Moskola was involved in a single-vehicle rollover crash in Center Township. Following a blood test, Moskola’s blood-alcohol content level was 0.186%, according to police. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.

March 28 — Courtney I. Powers, 27, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said she showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests conducted on South Duffy Road in Butler Township. Following a blood test, Powers’ blood-alcohol content level was 0.096%, according to police. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.

March 28 — Barry L. Isaacson, 56, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said he showed signs of impairment during a traffic stop on Route 8 in Brady Township. Following a blood test, Isaacson’s blood-alcohol content level was 0.124%, according to police. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.

March 28 — Daniel S. Irwin, 29, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said he showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests conducted on Maple Street in Slippery Rock Borough. Following a breath test, Irwin’s blood-alcohol content level was 0.191%, according to police. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.

March 28 — Chad W. Garland, 48, of New Castle, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said he was involved in a vehicle accident on Perry Highway in Muddy Creek Township. Previous medical records showed Garland’s blood-alcohol content level was 0.240% following the accident, according to reports. In Pennsylvania, a level of 0.08% is considered intoxicated.
