1 flown to hospital after Route 8 crash
One person was transported to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh by helicopter Friday morning after at least one vehicle was involved in a crash on Route 8 in Butler Township near the Burger King.
911 operators said they received the first call about the accident around 7:15 a.m..
Route 8 is not currently blocked, according to emergency dispatch.
Butler City Fire Department, Butler Township Volunteer Fire District, Butler Township Police and Butler Ambulance responded.
