Central Electric Cooperative is celebrating its 85th anniversary by holding a scavenger hunt for its members from June 1 to Aug. 31.

The nine locations for the hunt are located throughout the cooperative’s service territory.

Members can visit the locations in one day or spread the visits over three months.

Participants will be given GPS coordinates for each location.

The coordinates for the first location are: 40.814045,-79.520161. Coordinates can be entered into any smartphone navigation app or by utilizing a map.

At each location, participants will look for a scavenger hunt flyer. Each flyer will give a Central Electric historical fact, the location number, a link to check-in, and the next location's coordinates.

The scavenger hunt information is available 24/7 at all locations except the last one.

Members who complete the scavenger hunt will receive a prize at the last location.
