JACKSON TWP — One woman was transported by ambulance to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh on Wednesday morning for minor injuries following a single vehicle crash on Evans City Road near Textor School Road.

A four-door Chevy HHR was traveling west on Evans City Road around 10:15 a.m. when it crossed over into the east bound lane, hit an embankment and rolled back into the west bound lane where it landed on its roof, Jackson Township police said.

Jackson Township police, Harmony Fire District and Harmony EMS were among those responding to the call.

Traffic was delayed along Evans City Road after the crash. Harmony EMS left scene at 10:55 a.m. with its lights on. Traffic began to clear around 11:15 a.m.

The crash remains under investigation.
