North Catholic students witness danger of DUI

CRANBERRY TWP — With prom later this week and graduation season approaching, North Catholic High School students had the chance to watch the potential horrors of driving while under the influence.
Cranberry Township first responders staged a mock car crash at North Catholic on Tuesday morning, showing students a portrayal of a two-car collision in which one driver was suspected of DUI. Students saw the process of first responders extracting passengers, police conducting sobriety tests and the carnage of a drunken driving crash.
