SLIPPERY ROCK — Numerous Slippery Rock High School track and field athletes have been named All-Region 2, District 10.

On the boys side, sophomore Levi Prementine made first team all-region in the 110-meter and 300-meter hurdles. Ethan Folmer, a senior, made first team in the triple jump and long jump, senior Seaton Wozniak in the discus and shot put.

Prementine made second team in the high jump, junior Zach Hoehn in the shot put. The Rockets’ 400-meter relay team of Brendan Earl, Eli Anderson, John Sabo and Tom Tedesco made second team as well.

On the girls side, Rocket senior Audrey Kura made first team in the 100, 200 and 400 meters. Natalie Double, a junior, made first team in the javelin.

Snaring second team honors from Slippery Rock are senior Katie Book in the 300 hurdles, triple jump and long jump, senior Gianna Bedel in the high jump, freshman Elise DiFrischia in the pole vault. SR’s 400-meter relay team of Book, Julia Coffaro, Alexandra Popovec and Kura also made second team.
