Big Butler Fair Queen Brielle Karns

Brielle Karns, the 20-year-old daughter of Mark and Rebecca Karns of Butler, was chosen queen of the Big Butler Fair.

At a pageant held at the Atrium, near Prospect, three young women vied for the crown. The competition included a written essay, interview, and a persuasive speech on “Why you should come to my fair” including how our fair impacts our community.

As 2022 Butler Fair Queen, Brielle will represent the fair at various community events and parades. She will also reign over activities during the 166th Big Butler Fair through July 9.

Maren McIntire of Butler was crowned Butler Fair Princess. Jessica Ranko of Butler was named Butler Fair Ambassador.
