Pennsylvania American Water has 30 fully remote customer service jobs available to residents of Pittsburgh and surrounding communities.

The entry-level, work-from-home customer care agent positions will be open to those who live in Pittsburgh or within a two-hour driving distance of the company’s office in Green Tree in Allegheny County. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to address service needs for Pennsylvania American Water customers as well as all customers within parent company American Water’s regulated footprint.
