Homicide suspect sought
State police released a mugshot of the man accused of a June 11 killing in Muddy Creek Township.
On Twitter, state police posted the mugshot of Daniel C. Lloyd, 19, of Pitcairn, Allegheny County, the second person charged in the death of Frederick Orr, 32, of Columbus, Ohio.
Lloyd is charged with felony homicide alongside co-defendant Nicole L. Schwartz, 36, of Ellwood City.
According to charging documents against Schwartz, she claims Lloyd, her current boyfriend, hid in the cargo area of her SUV while she picked up Orr, her ex-boyfriend, from Butler County Prison.
Police said that in interviews Schwartz claimed Lloyd, who she knew as “K,” was the one who shot and killed Orr.
Authorities have yet to catch Lloyd. Charges were filed in late June.
Police are asking anyone with information about the suspect or his whereabouts to call the Butler barracks at 724-284-8100.
