New AHN center to open in Jackson Twp
There’s a new health care center in town.
The Allegheny Health Network Seneca Valley Outpatient Center in Jackson Township will soon open to provide primary, specialty and diagnostic services to local residents.
Located at the Steamfitters Offices & Events Center at 232 Wise Road, the 7,500-square-foot healthcare facility will open to patients on Aug. 8. AHN officially cut the ribbon at the new facility on Tuesday.
“It is focused on sports medicine and orthopedics,” said JoAnne Clobus, strategic communications adviser at Allegheny Health Network. “We have a team of ortho surgeons and physical therapists who are going to be rotating through the facility.”
The surgeons and physical therapists are all current AHN physicians, she said, and no new physicians were brought on specifically for the center.
