Armstrong receives award as top cable operator
Armstrong was selected as the 2022 Independent Cable Operator of the Year by Cablefax Magazine for the second time in 14 years, the company announced at an industry conference in Orlando, Fla.
“Armstrong has set the standard during a challenging time for the entire country,” Amy Maclean, editorial director of Cablefax, said. “The company continues to serve its customers and communities with outstanding service, while being a leader in deploying 10G technology and helping to bridge the digital divide.”
The honor is based on a combination of impressive metrics and initiatives such as customer satisfaction, utilization of the latest technology and the company’s efforts to work with government entities to build infrastructure in under-served areas.
