Missing man could be en route to Butler

UPDATE: According to Pittsburgh’s Bureau of Police, David Henchell, 57, was found after being declared missing over the weekend. Police updated the public on Twitter Tuesday, saying he had been found safe.

Pittsburgh police are requesting public assistance in locating 57-year-old David Henchell, who could be heading toward Butler County.

According to a Monday release, Henchell was last seen in the Carrick area of Pittsburgh Thursday, Sept. 1. Police described him as having brown eyes, brown hair, standing 5' 9“ tall and weighing 160 pounds.

Henhell drives a white Chevrolet Impala, according to the police. The City of Pittsburgh Bureau of Police requests any information about Henchell be reported to their special victims unit by calling (412) 323-7141.
