Sentence court

The following defendants were sentenced Thursday, Sept. 8, in Butler County Common Pleas Court by Judge Kelley Streib:

Joshua R. McWilliams, 40, of Butler, was sentenced to serve eight months of house arrest and pay fines totaling $3,050 after pleading guilty to charges of driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.02% or higher, driving with a suspended license and disorderly conduct that were filed in separate cases in 2020 and this year.

Sarah Elizabeth Fox, 22, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay a $100 fine after pleading guilty to charges of corruption of minors, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct filed in two cases by Butler City police in 2020.

Russell Lee Little, 57, of Lyndora, was sentenced to serve 36 months probation, including 19 months on house arrest, pay fines totaling $5,000 and complete alcohol highway safety school, litter pickup and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to his third DUI offense, driving with a suspended license and simple assault filed in four cases by Butler City and Butler Township police in 2019 and 2020.

Josh Kenneth Stadterman, 33, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve 11-1/2 to 23 months in prison, but was immediately paroled because he already paid $5,841 in restitution, after pleading guilty to a charge of access device is counterfeit or altered filed by Cranberry Township police following a Jan. 24, 2020, incident.

Michael Paul Reinhart, 37, of Butler, was sentenced to serve three to 12 months in prison, pay a $50 fine and was given credit for having already served 90 days in prison after pleading guilty to charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct filed in two cases by Cranberry Township police following incidents on Oct. 29 and Sept. 4, 2021.

Annmarie Gianfrancesco, 50, of Rillton in Westmoreland County, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation including 14 days of house arrest, pay fines totaling $1,500 and complete alcohol highway safety school, 40 hours of community service and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to charges of DUI, possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license filed by Butler Township police following a Dec. 8, 2021, incident.

David Dean Gould, 35, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of simple assault filed by state police following an Oct. 7, 2021, incident.

Akayda Rose Provost, 23, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation, pay a $100 fine and have no contact with the victim after pleading guilty to a charge of simple assault filed by state police following a Nov. 10, 2021, incident.

David Thomas Huselton Jr., 26, of Evans City, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, pay a $300 fine and complete alcohol highway safety school, litter pickup and a victim impact panel after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by Middlesex Township police following a Feb. 2, 2020, incident.

Nahzier Anwar Muhammad, 23, of Washington in Washington County, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation, pay fines totaling $500 and have no contact with the victim after pleading guilty to charges of terroristic threats and failure to relinquish firearms filed by Butler Township police following a March 30 incident.

Victoria Nicole Schmidt, 20, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation, pay a $50 fine and pay $120.56 in restitution to Walmart after pleading guilty to two counts of retail theft filed by Butler Township police following a Jan. 7 incident.

Patrick Leroy Neff, 54, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay $12,000 in restitution after pleading guilty to a charge of altered license plate filed by state police following a June 17, 2021, incident.

Tyler Michael Haman, 27, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six to 23-1/2 months in prison, but was paroled and ordered to have no contact with the victims after pleading guilty to two counts of simple assault filed by Butler City police following a Feb. 1 incident.

Joshua Lee Pisor, 35, of Hilliards, was resentenced to serve 11-1/2 to 23 months in prison after pleading guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to possess a controlled substance filed by state police following a Jan. 2, 2020, incident. His case was returned to Common Pleas Court for resentencing after he appealed the sentence he received in September 2021 to state Superior Court.

Matthew James Cline, 38, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 36 months of probation after pleading guilty to charges of theft and criminal mischief filed by Butler City police following an April 19, 2020, incident.
