Police Reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Sept. 14 — Jeffrey Boice, 63, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor terroristic threats and summary harassment. Police said he grabbed his wife by the shirt and verbally threatened her.

Sept. 12 — Richard A. Biondo, 47, of Prospect, was charged with misdemeanor driving with a suspended license. Police said they stopped him Aug. 31 on Crider Road.

Cranberry Twp

Sept. 12 — Edward P. Blucas, 65, of Gibsonia, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft. Police said he took $454 worth of merchandise from Walmart without paying for it.

Butler City

Sept. 14 — Brian B. Quinn, 41, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors indecent exposure and disorderly conduct and a summary charge of harassment. Police said he urinated in the area of Pillow Street and Bantam Avenue.

Butler County Detectives

Sept. 14 — Leah R. Testa, 33, of Seven Fields, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said six razor blades, a digital scale, seven glass pipes and methamphetamine were found in her residence.

Butler Twp

Sept. 15 — Rebecca L. Sanfilippo, 37, and James Sanfilipppo, 42, both of Greensburg, were charged with felony retail thefts. Police said they took $995 worth of merchandise from Ace Hardware without paying for it.

Sept. 13 — Emily Lucas, 22, of Butler, and Stephen Aultz, 74, of Illinois, were involved in a vehicle crash at New Castle Road and Point Plaza. Police said Lucas received a traffic citation.

Lancaster Twp

Sept. 12 — Mark A. Folino, 35, of New Castle, was charged with three felony counts of theft. Police said he was paid $3,000 and $2,350 to complete work that was not started. Police said Folino has not taken action to return the money and has not made attempts to start the project on the timeline agreed upon.

Middlesex Twp

Sept. 13 — Aidan C. Borchert, 22, of Wexford, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped him Sept. 9 on Pittsburgh Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Borchert’s blood-alcohol content at 0.140%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Slippery Rock Borough

Sept. 12 — Patrick R. Zack, 21, of New Wilmington was charged with felony burglary, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and summary criminal trespass. Police said he hit and kicked a door while trying to retrieve his belongings from an apartment. Police said Zack also engaged in fighting with people in the apartment and damaged property.

State police, Butler

Sept. 14 — Jennifer P. Reed, 37, of New Castle, was charged with two counts of felony theft and two misdemeanors of driving under the influence. Police said they stopped her Sept. 13 on North Main Street, Butler. Police said Reed showed signs of impairment and was driving a vehicle she did not have permission to use.

Sept. 14 — Lisa L. Will, 52, of Harmony, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped her Sept. 11 on Country Lane Road, Prospect. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later breath test showed Will’s blood-alcohol content at 0.174%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Sept. 14 — Dillon S. Mayberry, 31, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped him Sept. 7 on W. Brewster Road, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Mayberry’s blood-alcohol content at 0.144%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Sept. 14 — Richard H. Flory, 49, of Butler, was charged with felony illegal use of a (license) plate, misdemeanor DUI and 11 traffic citations. Police said he crashed his motorcycle May 28 on Whitestown Road, Connoquenessing Township. Police said Flory was transported for injuries, and later blood tests showed alcohol and cannabis in his system.

Sept. 13 — Timothy J. Lavery, 20, of Butler, was charged with four misdemeanor counts of simple assault, four misdemeanor counts of terroristic threats, four misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and four summary charges of harassment. Police said he followed a vehicle and pointed a handgun at the people inside Sept. 12 in Center Township.

Sept. 13 — Seth R. Legrand, 42, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped him Sept. 4 on Route 422, Summit Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Legrand’s blood-alcohol content at 0.085%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Sept. 13 — George Cedeno, 31, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped him June 4 at New Castle and Barracks Road, Butler Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of methamphetamine in Cedeno’s blood.

Sept. 9 — David H. Tack, 57, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said crack cocaine and a glass smoking pipe were found on his person when searched.

State police, Kittanning

Sept. 13 — Thomas L. Shuler, 36, of Butler, was charged with felonies aggravated assault and strangulation, misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he punched and choked a woman in Summit Township.

State Police, Mercer

Sept. 9 — Faith A. Claypool, 29, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor possession of drugs. Police said they stopped her Aug. 13 on Pillow Street, Butler City. Police said a small amount of marijuana was on her person.

Zelienople

Sept. 11 — Kelsey M. Reeves, 32, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said she threw keys at a man and slapped him in the neck.
