Patricia Anthony

Patricia A. (Long) Anthony, 74, of Cranberry Township, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 25, 2022, while under the care of UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Township.

Born Oct. 1, 1947, in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Otho and Betty Lane Long.

Pat graduated from Seneca Valley High School in 1965, and then the Butler Beauty Academy. Later, she retired as a Seneca Valley school bus driver.

In her free time, Pat enjoyed family vacations, spending time with her three grandchildren, sewing, crocheting and baking.

She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star for 50 years.

Patricia leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 53 years, Joseph E. Anthony; her daughter, Denyse A. Bruni of Cranberry Township; her grandchildren, Breanna Bruni, Abigail Bruni and Mason Laslavic; and her siblings, Brenda Long of Harmony, Marsha (George) Kerr of Union City, Sharon Cooper (Stoney) of Oshawa, Ontario, Canada, and Jeffrey Long of Harmony.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents.

ANTHONY — Friends of Patricia A. (Long) Anthony, who died Sunday, Sept. 25, 2022, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 116 E. Main St., Evans City.

Patricia will be laid to rest privately at Plains Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Cranberry Township.
