At this year’s Portersville Steam Show Fall Fling on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2022, a big attraction was the apple press. With 90 tons of pressure pressing down onto the apple mash, the press will yield about 45 gallons of apple cider per run. Shane Potter/Butler Eagle
