A 15-year-old boy is facing multiple charges including aggravated assault and reckless endangerment related to a shooting at Kennywood Park on Sept. 24, according to a criminal complaint.

The juvenile was one of the three people injured in the shooting when a witness said a fistfight broke out between two groups of teens before “three to four gunshots” were fired.

The complaint said the 15-year-old fired the weapon through his clothing, which police said was consistent with the holes in his T-shirt along with gunshot residue.

During a news conference Thursday, police said the juvenile suffered gunshot wounds due to the second person who fired shots. Police still are looking for that person.

While police did not release a description of the second shooter, they believe they are likely a juvenile as well.

Another 15-year-old and a 39-year-old were injured in the gunfire during the incident.
