Opus I Music Society will meet at LifePointe Alliance Church, Route 228 in Adams Township, at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 10, for refreshments and a program about the lives and music of George and Ira Gershwin.

Susan Cooper will discuss these two men and address the question: “Did the score match the lyrics or did the lyrics match the score?”

Visitors are welcome to these monthly meetings. Opus I is a member of the Pennsylvania and National Federations of Music Clubs.
